L’Oreal UK & Ireland’s corporate comms were in need of a Twitter strategy that highlighted their commitment to education, women in science and beauty innovations – and make sure the content appeals to their broad audience ranging from journalists to scientists and potential employees.

I worked with creative agency Feref to develop an ‘always on’ Twitter strategy. I put together a monthly content calendar that captured L’Oreal’s past, present and future innovations in a fun, engaging manner ideal for social media sharing.

I also created and conducted a client training session covering the basics of Twitter, including crisis management.
